Reviews and Ratings
I had a truly wonderful time at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt special, and the food was absolutely delicious with plenty of choices. The pool area was large and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. However, the room was quite warm with no air conditioning, making sleep a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would recommend.
I had a lovely time at Champneys with my old school friends. We enjoyed a spa day that was rejuvenating and relaxing, especially after some difficult times. However, I felt that some areas of the hotel could benefit from a refresh, particularly the decor and furniture which seemed a bit dated. Overall, the quality of food and treatment I received made the experience worthwhile, even if not everything was perfect.
My recent visit to the spa resort had its ups and downs. The facilities were quite nice, and I appreciated the range of activities available, but I felt the overall vibe was a bit tired and in need of an update. Service was a mixed bag; some staff were lovely while others felt inattentive, which left me feeling a bit overlooked during my stay. The value for money was decent, but certain experiences felt lacking considering the price.
I had a nice experience at Champneys overall, enjoying the variety of activities and spa treatments. The location is peaceful which is great for relaxation, but I found the dining options a bit lacking, especially at breakfast. The facilities are quite impressive, providing a good range of wellness activities despite some minor issues with service during our stay.
